Child Safety Standards

PallyMatch has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These published standards apply to every user and all content or conduct connected with the Service.

Effective: July 29, 2026Last updated: July 29, 2026

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement now. Do not wait for PallyMatch to respond, and do not download, forward, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material.

1. Our commitment

PallyMatch is an adult-only random chat service. We prohibit any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. We maintain an in-app reporting mechanism, a child-safety contact, moderation controls, evidence-preservation capability, and account enforcement processes designed to address credible safety reports.

2. What these standards cover

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers anyone under 18, including grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking, solicitation, or coercion.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) means any visual depiction of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including computer-generated or manipulated depictions where prohibited by law. CSAM is illegal in many jurisdictions.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

PallyMatch strictly prohibits:

4. Adult-only access

You must be at least 18 years old to use PallyMatch. The app requires users to provide an age within the adult range, but a self-declared age is not a guarantee of identity or age. If we receive credible information that an account belongs to a person under 18, we may restrict the account while we investigate and may terminate it. We may preserve limited safety evidence when required to protect a child, prevent repeat abuse, or comply with law.

5. How to report a concern

Report in the app

  1. Open the chat with the account you are reporting.
  2. Select the report option and choose Child Safety Concern.
  3. Submit the report. The reported account is blocked for you, and relevant chat evidence is preserved for authorized moderation review.

Subject: URGENT — PallyMatch Child Safety Report

Include the reported account name or identifier, approximate date and time, and a factual description. Do not attach or forward suspected CSAM. Preserve the original device and tell us where the material appeared.

For a concern outside the app or involving immediate risk, also contact the appropriate local reporting authority. In the United States, reports may be submitted to the NCMEC CyberTipline. Users elsewhere may locate a national hotline through INHOPE.

6. How we respond

Depending on the facts, risk, and applicable law, PallyMatch may:

We do not notify a reported user when doing so could endanger a child, compromise an investigation, or conflict with law.

7. Evidence, privacy, and confidentiality

An in-app report may preserve up to 200 recent messages from the referenced chat. Evidence, reports, and enforcement records are available only to authorized moderators or service administrators under access controls. We retain safety information only as reasonably necessary for investigation, repeat-abuse prevention, appeals, disputes, and legal compliance. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Appeals and report integrity

A user affected by a ban may submit an appeal through the available app process. Child protection and lawful evidence preservation take priority during any appeal. Deliberately false, malicious, or retaliatory reports violate our Terms of Service, but good-faith reports will not be penalized merely because they cannot be substantiated.

9. Compliance and review

We apply these standards in accordance with applicable child-safety, privacy, evidence-preservation, and reporting laws. We review these standards and our operational controls as the Service, threats, and legal requirements evolve.
