Service agreement
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of PallyMatch. Please read them before creating an account or using the Service.
Adults only: PallyMatch is available only to people aged 18 or older. Random online conversations involve risk. Never send money, passwords, financial details, government identifiers, intimate content, or other sensitive information to another user.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, selecting the acceptance controls presented during registration, or using PallyMatch, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Child Safety Standards. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into this agreement, and not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. The Service is not intended for children.
2. The Service
PallyMatch connects eligible users for random text chat using profile and matching preferences. A match is not an endorsement, identity verification, background check, or assurance regarding another user. Features, availability, matching logic, free-access mode, trial periods, and pass offerings may change over time.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate information, keep it current, and use only an account you are authorized to control.
- Keep your device, email account, password, and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account except where law provides otherwise.
- Do not sell, share, transfer, or create accounts through automated or deceptive means.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account or the Service has been compromised.
4. User content and communications
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant PallyMatch a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except for retained safety, audit, backup, or legal records.
You are solely responsible for what you send. Other users may copy or disclose content they receive. Do not assume that a chat is private merely because it is one-to-one.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use PallyMatch to:
- Create, solicit, possess, distribute, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or any sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor; groom, sextort, traffic, or otherwise endanger a child.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, shame, discriminate against, or encourage violence or self-harm toward another person.
- Send illegal, sexually exploitative, non-consensual intimate, hateful, violent, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content.
- Impersonate another person, misrepresent your age or identity, defraud users, solicit money, or conduct scams.
- Share another person’s private or identifying information without lawful authority.
- Spam, advertise, recruit, scrape, operate bots, manipulate matching, or send malicious software or links.
- Bypass a block, ban, access restriction, App Check, Play Integrity check, purchase verification, or other security measure.
- Reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or another account.
- Violate intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, these Terms, or applicable law.
6. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
You can report and block a chat participant within the app. Submitting a report may preserve up to 200 recent messages from the referenced chat as evidence. Reports must be made honestly; knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves result in enforcement.
We may investigate reports, restrict visibility, warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report conduct to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law. Moderation decisions necessarily involve judgment; we do not guarantee that every violation will be detected or resolved immediately. Eligible banned users may use the available appeal process.
7. Chat passes, offers, and free trials
PallyMatch chat passes are time-limited, consumable one-time products sold through Google Play. They are not automatically renewing subscriptions.
- The product, duration, price, currency, tax, eligibility, and any offer shown in the Google Play purchase screen control the transaction. Offers may be available only to eligible users.
- After Google confirms and our backend verifies a completed purchase, access is applied to the PallyMatch account used for that purchase. Additional verified pass time may be added after the current active expiry.
- Purchases and entitlements are account-specific and cannot be transferred between PallyMatch accounts. A purchase associated with one account cannot be claimed by another.
- Deleting the app does not delete your account. Deleting your PallyMatch account does delete its pass entitlement from our systems; an unused balance will not transfer to a new account. Account deletion does not itself create a refund.
- If Google Play cancels, reverses, or refunds a purchase, we may reduce or revoke the corresponding access.
- When the Service is configured as free, a pass may not be required. A free period does not convert an existing purchase into cash or create a refund right.
Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law, Google Play’s policies, and any refund policy we communicate. To request or review a Google Play refund, use Google Play Help or contact us with the Google Play order number. Never send full payment-card details.
If a free trial is offered, its duration is displayed in the app and allocated when the backend starts it. Trials are limited to one allocation per eligible account and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or restarted after account deletion.
8. Chat removal and account deletion
Removing a chat from your list removes it from your view but may leave it available to the other participant. Deleting your account through the app initiates permanent backend deletion of your authentication account, profile, public profile, chats, recorded purchases, and reports you submitted. Safety reports made about you and related evidence or audit records may be retained for legitimate safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal purposes. Full details are in Account & Data Deletion.
9. PallyMatch rights and license
PallyMatch and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, design, branding, and documentation, excluding user content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Google, Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Play, and device or network providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may experience outages or changes outside our control.
11. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, business operations, or product improvement. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or expose PallyMatch or others to liability. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful matching, the identity or conduct of users, or that all harmful activity will be detected. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PallyMatch and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profit, opportunity, or goodwill arising from the Service. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the operator’s principal place of business will have jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt an informal resolution for at least 30 days, except where urgent injunctive relief is necessary.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, safety requirements, or business operations. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using and delete your account.
