PallyMatch is intended for users 18 years and older. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from using PallyMatch.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PallyMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use PallyMatch.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activities under your account
• Providing accurate information
• Not sharing your account credentials

• Continuous or error-free service
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Security of all communications
• Compatibility with all devices

8. Limitation of Liability

PallyMatch and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through app settings. PallyMatch may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all access to PallyMatch will cease.

9.1 Chat Deletion vs Account Deletion

Deleting a Chat: When you delete a chat from your chat list:

• The chat is removed from your view and chat list
• The chat and messages remain on our servers if other participants still have access
• Other users in the chat can continue to see and access the conversation
• This is a local removal for your account, not a server-side deletion

Deleting Your Account: When you delete your account:

• All your messages are permanently deleted from our servers immediately
• All chat documents where you participated are deleted from our servers
• Your account information and all associated data are permanently removed
• Account deletion is immediate, permanent, and cannot be reversed
• You will be automatically signed out and cannot recover your account or data

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law
